MegaEngineering & Kaldera company are working on a cooperation agreement

MegaEngineering & Kaldera company are working on a cooperation agreement for the development of photovoltaic energy production in Bosnia Herzegovina, Serbia and near countries.
Italian Firm, MegaEngineering s.r.l, part of the holding company Mega Group srl and Bosnian Kaldera Company d.o.o. are working on an agreement for the development and installation of photovoltaic systems and power plants in the Balkans.

The industrial cooperation between the 35 years Photovoltaic experienced Italian Holding Mega Group and the prestigious and long experienced local Kaldera Company will be a smart blend for the development of innovative solar systems to meet the continuously increasing demand of solar energy in the Balkan region.

In addition MegaSil d.o.o, also part of the Holding Mega Group and located in Kozarska Dubica, will have an important rule in this cooperation by providing high quality raw material on a low cost, thus allowing to significantly reduce the cost of the Photovoltaic kWh to a level that will compete with conventional energy sources, such as fossil & hydroelectric. Honorable member of BanjaLuka Parliament Mr. Darko Banjac is following the overall latest updates provided by Italian Project manager Fabian Odeh and local referent Mr. Emir Kocan from Municipality of Kozarska Dubica.

A meeting between the two firms was held on last November when Franco Traverso Chairman of Mega Group and Milenco Cicic Chairman of Kaldera have discussed about the head lines of the cooperation. Early meetings were carried out by managers and engineers of both parties and sponsored by the Municipality of Kozarska Dubica. A first deal of cooperation will be on a 360 units of anti-Hail, stand-alone ,remote stations to be installed in Srpska Republika . The systems will be equipped with the innovative bifacial modules supplied by Megacell srl, part of Mega Group, which will also contribute with experienced system’s design.
Franco Traverso and Milenco Cicic are both convinced of the great opportunities of green business in the whole Balkans that this cooperation will offer to the respective companies.
